USD 130.00 per agent per shift per month.

USD 220.00 per agent per 2 shift per month

USD 250.00 per agent for 24/7 shift

Our contract provisions are as follows:

1. Term can be from as short as 6 months to a year or more depending on your requirements

2. The seat cost is based on an 8 hour shift for a six (6) day operation or 9 hour shift for a five (5) days;

3. Biometrics with time stamp for Daily Time Recording.

4. CCTV access for 24/7 on site or off site.

5. Vicci Box Dialer | Octacore Processor with Administration access on site or off site.

7. Headset with noise cancellation (Plantronics) (Logitech)

8. Lockers

9. Free recruitment processing through advertising for the campaign upon sign-up.

10. Workstations size (105 length x 60 width)

11. Free use of Pantry; Training/Conference Room with 40’ LED and 55’LED monitor for video conferencing

12. Free hot and cold drinking water

13. Separate Comfort Rooms for Agents and Management

14. 24/7 IT support

15. 24/7 Maintenance

16. Two (2) Months Advance and Two (2) Months Deposit to be able to start.
